1. Service description

FotoMod is a public utility project created by Cristian Gaita for the ORA Cultural Association. It provides tools to resize, crop, convert and tag photos.

2. User categories

Visitor: 10 photos/day, one at a time. Registered: 100 photos/month, batch 10, 10-day retention. Subscriber: 1000 photos/month, batch 50, up to 20 profiles, 30-day retention.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for uploaded content and must own required rights, including copyright and privacy compliance.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties of continuity, accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

Author, association and collaborators are not liable for direct or indirect damages from using or being unable to use the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Annual subscription costs EUR 9.90 and supports infrastructure costs. No refunds unless mandatory law requires it.

7. Changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Competent jurisdiction follows applicable consumer rules.
