Free QR Code is a public utility project by Cristian Gaita for the ORA Cultural Association, a non-profit organisation. Its purpose is to offer a fast tool to generate QR codes, accessible to everyone.

1. Nature of the service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The author, collaborators and anyone involved in developing or operating the application do not guarantee continuity, accuracy, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for content entered (text, URLs, links, logos) and consequences of its use. Using the service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity is prohibited.

3. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the author, the ORA Cultural Association, collaborators or connected service providers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

4. Subscription and payments

The annual subscription (€9.90) is managed via Stripe. No refunds are provided for any reason, except where required by mandatory law.

5. Changes and suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, without notice and without obligation to compensate.

6. Applicable law
