1. Service description
WowQ is a SaaS platform by Cristian Gaita for collecting customer feedback and satisfaction through digital surveys accessible via QR code, with dashboard, statistics and reports. The service is intended for professionals and businesses.
2. User categories
- Free trial: 30 days from registration, with core features and plan limits.
- PRO subscription: annual paid plan (1, 3 or 5 devices), with quiz publishing, response collection and advanced features for the active subscription period.
- Administrator: technical and operational management of the platform.
3. User responsibility
The user is responsible for survey content, questions entered and processing of respondents' personal data (end customers). The user guarantees compliance with applicable law, including GDPR, consumer rights and any obligation to inform their own customers.
4. Respondent data
Responses collected through public quizzes belong to the survey owner's account. WowQ provides the technical infrastructure; the data controller towards respondents is normally the registered user using the service for their business.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Cristian Gaita and collaborators do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Cristian Gaita or parties connected to the project be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or feedback.
7. Payments and subscriptions
PRO subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Prices and conditions are shown on the subscription page at purchase. No refunds are provided for activated subscriptions except where required by mandatory law.
8. Changes and suspension
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, with or without notice, for maintenance, terms violations or technical needs.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the court of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction where applicable.
